Why should the point(s) be removed: doing a teridactal esc scream down the mic as a annoying as may be is not mic spam mic spam is ear raping eg playing music loud down the mic shouting down the mic ect ect this may warrant a gag at the time and a verbal however i don't believe it warrants a warning point

I do not see how making "teridactial" noises follow any RP situation, I do not see why you thought that screaming down your mic would not receive any punishment. If we allowed players to do this, what stops players from just constantly screaming which is actually considered ear raping I am not even going to bother bringing server rules into this as you stated what you did, then stated how it would be concerned ear rape.
