Request reason: I asked him to unlock his vehicle with a gun pointed at his head, he didnt no comply because it was infront of bank in the street. He walked inside and I ran away not wanting confrontation. As the rules say nowhere, about vehicle carjackings in public but only muggings. 2: He saw me not even five minutes later walked up to me said "Fuck you" Then shot me down. Curtis was a witness and he also got rdm'd by him aswell. 3: 20 minutes later I was mugging someone and he walked up, he did not comply when I said hands up and had to continuesly tell him to. He was not complying with any commands, He claimed he had nothing and I thought so be it. I told them both to put their heads facing the walls and hands up, Well Michael didnt want to do that and wanted to be a smartass so he Put his head againts a tree after saying "What wall". So i counted to three for him to get againts a wall he didnt so i shot him dead.
