Ban Reason: LTAS, FailRP as bank guard.
Unban Reason: I literally never left to avoid any sits yesterday... I got off because it was 6 A.M. and no one ever told me that I was supposed to be in any sits. Also, I don't think I ever even FailRP'd as a bank guard. I literally have no clue what this was supposed to refer to.

Time of Occurrence: 2/27/2019 at about 6AM EST.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Don't know.

Hello,

If you read the ban reason you'd see that it was @gm1003 who commanded it, I just issued it since he had crashed.

Let this video below remind you of what you did wrong and what lead to your ban, I had made a report on you and the other security guard from the fail RP incident and gm1003 was who responded and did the investigation and issued the ban.

The video that @DystopianRaven posted is the exact one I used when I was checking to see who batonned him, it clearly shows you unrealistically battoning a detective when it was not warranted. Are you trying to tell me that isn’t you in the video?

Yeah, he entered the bank with a weapon equipped and didn't unequip it... Then he resisted, so?

Okay but police aren't exactly above the law and especially if he's undercover he shouldn't come into the bank with those weapons equipped, and he shouldn't resist when he's told to not have them. Also, it's absolutely bull that LTAS is one of my ban reasons when he literally crashed and couldn't handle whatever happened. I was never informed that I should be taking part in any sit and no one ever tried to bring me into one. So, you already admitted that you gave me a false ban in one form. LTAS isn't possible if there never was a sit to begin with. And keep in mind that I didn't get off for probably a few minutes after that.

If you have ever played as an LEO you'd know you cannot unequipped weapons from locker and no one ever said police are above the law, they do not have have to unequipped their weapons entering the bank. You purposefully ignored all my credentials I was displaying, from the badge to actual LEO equipment. Secondly, one of you had picked up my body after being knocked out and smashed it to decease my character. You also appear to have only come on duty to mess around and knock me out;

As this ban appeal should actually be in response gm1003, he does get final say, I'm just providing my evidence and support.

Okay, what? I never smashed your body and I never "went on duty to mess around and knock" you out. Again, please don't try to ignore the fact that this is a false ban as I never avoided a sit, since there never was a sit in the first place. I was never brought to a sit, and I didn't immediately leave after knocking you out.
