What happened: I bought two full factory sets thinking i can use them both, upon finding out i wasted my money, i tried to give it to my friend. he was unable to get it because they are soul bound

Hi,

Refund requests are only meant for items lost from serverside issues and items lost from rulebreaks. As for rule 8 of the Refund Request Rules & Guidelines, it states: "Do not ask for something you "could have had". You could of had the money if you didn't buy two conveyor belts - I suggest dealing with this in-game by trying to sell the other conveyor belt to someone whom doesn't already have one in their possession.
