Request Reason: I received a ticket for loitering outside the bank by Mr. Boe, and proceeded to have it appealed. Upon learning the ticket had been appealed, Mr. Boe got angry and decided the best course of action was to arrest me for 60 minutes over a $200 loitering ticket that I got appealed.

Moving forward with this report since xarion did not reply. Although your video does not show the previous encounter the police may ask you to leave the bank if you are just loitering or if they have an investigation. However, I do believe that a fine should have just been giving or a much smaller jail sentence, as a life sentence for trespassing is way to extreme as you posed no threat.

FailRP - Verbal Warning - In the future please make sure that you give out a jail sentence that fits the crime! Life in prison (60 yrs) is not a real punishment for trespassing. Also, Please make sure that you have a valid reason to kick the player out from the bank.

Refunded:
300$ for the police ticket if paid (if not it can be removed when you are in-game next)
