Title: Mini SS expansion

Context: slightly expand the Mayor’s security detail by adding a head of security role and a mayoral driver role

This would add some good RP for the mayor’s department as the driver would make it more realistic instead of the mayor driving the limo themselves. The head of security would be good as I see many mayors struggling to control their Security.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Please change the “secret service” job title to “Mayoral Security detail” (or just security detail) the mayor is not the president of the US no mayor has secret service protecting them it doesn’t make much sense.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: when spawning the limo via the valet NPC please set it so the default body groups don’t have the “presidential equipment” body group selected as again it makes little sense that the mayor’s limo has flags and a presidential seal on it when he’s not the president there’s already a body group to disable it so please make it the default.

I understand what you're saying, but I believe it is fine the way it is - The flags show that the limo is transporting/to transport someone of high importance to the city, the Mayor. We can probably revisit this in the future though.
