Mining Bug

Idk exactly whats going on here but I was mining normally and then out of nowhere the iron sources stopped replenishing. I called staff who mined it perfectly fine and said it was 100% for him. Not really sure whats happening. I guess I'll @Mark and hopefully he sees this or if anyone else knows how to fix lmk
