Missing ACR from evidence locker

Date and time of loss (specify the timezone): 3:13 am (BST) - Losing of both ACRs. 3:48 am (BST) - gaining of only 1 ACR
What happened: So i mugged and killed 2 ppl and got 2 acrs, i then got put into critical by cops. The cops successfully revived me and arrested me, i successfully raided PD but there was only 1 ACR in there when instead of 2, you can clearly see at the start of first video i had 2 on me. Not sure what happened.
