I was training two Cadets (Ace Mistry and the other's name was unknown to my for some reason), when a 911 call about a kidnapping had been reported. We were one of the first on the crime scene and were waiting for the Sargents and swat to get there. I went the the front of the building to secure the building. I went back and saw a couple of cadets, including the two I was training, had cuffed one suspect and another was trying to get away. This is when the guy running away pulled out a gun and starting shooting. He shot me, taking my health down to 50%. This is when One of the cadets hand cuffed him while he had his gun out. I explained to the cadet not do do that because it is considered fearrp. And then I unhand cuffed the guy who shot me. Told him to remain calm, he then pulled out his gun again, and that is when I killed him. The admin then pulled me ontop of the roof, asked me why I killed him. I told him exactly what I said here, and then he banned me without question for 1 week for Rdm and Lying to the staff.... Please get him here at once so I can not only get unbanned but figure out what was going on in his brain that made him ban me for so long for such a small reason.

This is my ban appeal and I want justice for the admin that banned me for no reason. He has no evidence and is just trying to save his own ass. Please do the right thing and help me get rid of this guy or unban me. I am a True RPer trying to enjoy the game and this shit is happening. I feel disrespected and the forum system is bias and goes off the banner's word which is completely unfair.
