What happened: Won the mayor of the year award, but was unable to attend due to work. I was told I would be contacted during the weekend to receive the award, but that didn't happen. Then the server crashed when Knight was in front of me, about to give it to me. Staff has their own lives to attend to first so obviously it isn't a big deal or high priority.
