We've been keeping tabs on which staff have been active or not, and unfortunately, quite a few fell short. Hence the many demotions above. If anyone demoted wants to be staff again, we encourage them to send us an application after proving to both us and themselves that they can be regularly active for a while. We're in the process of hiring more staff currently, and hopefully you should all see some new additions to the team soon!

@Martinerrr resigned down to Senior Administrator. He provided leadership for the server during a highly stressful period that posed many challenges. Now he needs to attend other life commitments more closely. The Server Director position is a rather time-demanding one. Now we'll begin the search for who to pass the torch onto of being a new Server Director alongside Devul. We will review potential candidates, and what we're looking for is activity, initiative, leadership and responsibility. I underline the first one to stress its importance. Our server needs a highly active Server Director team more than ever, who can be available rapidly for management tasks, staff review and events.
