The Monoford National Guard took out a fleet of boats and helicopters that was coming towards the city and brought to the land the wreckage, while they were investigating the wreckage, they were deployed somewhere else in the Monoford State, now civilians are forming their own groups and attacking each other to steal the wreckage for their own needs.
