Also I was talking to SpaceSlothTV and he informed me the man in question also D/C right after being tazed and about 7mins after my incident

Logs can't confirm attachments but the video sure can, the Scar H was stolen then the guy disconnected to avoid RP after being tased in another situation which he was banned for 12 hours. Also that video should also be in a player report as he clearly broke fear rp in this situation.
