[Suspicously Wet Cloth]

Date and time of loss: 31/08/2017 around 11am
What happened:
Guy pulled out his weapon and shot at me even though I had my weapon aimed at him first, I was making my way to my car. Also server crashed after (it was in the morning with all the restarts) so there was no logs.
How much do you need refunded: MP5 (or 11k as I got it from the market for that price)

This happened and then he pulled out his gun and continued to follow me: https://i.imgur.com/hwzlYRH.png even though i was still aimed at him.

This is all I have so if it still isnt sufficient then I understand.

I do see that you had a gun aimed at him. I understand the situation however pictures are not viable evidence for these kind of situation. I feel like you are being truthful, I see the third picture where the cop did not have a gun out. Just know that you need video proof next time, because pictures will not help you 100%.
