Ban Reason: Disconnection during restraining.
Unban Reason: Cheif Tate unlawfully tazed me at hospital doors after respawning, he had no way of knowing my name or whether or not I had a gun license for my weapon (AR-15). He then refused to give me a reason for detaining me. Tate then left me in his car for 15 min, so I left the server.
