Occurance : 4:30-4:40 pm (PST)
Request: Killed me while I was browsing for a car, the only reason I didn't respond was to answer a phone call so I turned off sound and knowing that you cannot mug near NPCS I browsed the catalog of cars without sound I didn't hear him but I myself thought I was justified in not having sound on due to the knowledge I have. Full 5 min video can be provided if you want the situation prior to the mugging.

Note - If this report gets accepted I did have guns on my person when my mugging occured.

never gave u permission to use it, cant remember who u are (u had a mask on aswell, u should mention that) and since u didnt respond after stealing it i decided to kill u

i will remove keys from u for now on
