Mugging at drug dealer

Request Reason: After I was done selling to the drugsdealer. I went back and on the stairs and the guy mugged me. I was clearly still in sight of the dealer. I also just was about to cooperate with him and was typing the comand to give him money but he just didn't want to wait and slashed me 2 times till I was dead.

Thank you for making a Player Report. Unfortentially based on the situation and evidence provided it is not sufficient to issue the player rules violation for:

You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.

as the location of the "mug" was out of the direct line of sign for the NPC and therefore I do not deem the reported player to be in violation of the rule. In conclusion, your Player Report will be denied.
