What happened: Mugging some toxic dude who was FailRPing and breaking FearRP. Disconnected in the middle of the mugging while tied, so I lost the tie. He also had a Makarov, and i'm a poor pleb so if I could get that too, since I was about to remove it from him.

What do you need refunded: 1x Ziptie, possibly 1x Makarov
