Multiple guns disappearing after being killed

When I get killed or get kills the gun sometimes disappears for some reason usually it goes in the roof.

That's because the guns clip through walls. Make sure to check every room, also call staff to make sure they didnt end up on the roof.

Yeah I know but it like never used to happen and now it happens like everytime I get a kill or get killed for some reason
