Date and time of loss: 6/29/17 at approximately 4 P.M. for the video and 6/30/17 at approximately 2 A.M. for the two screenshots (both EST). Edit: Server crashed again today at 7/1/17 at ~1P.M. EST.
What happened: Server crashed in all three instances for whatever reason.

How much do you need refunded: ~$4930 - The cost of 17 gardening pots, 17 weed plants, and 17 dirt bags.
