Multiple Server Crashes

Date and time of loss: No time exact. just the last week or two that I've played.
What happened: Numerous times i have spent thousands on weed pots and the needed housing. and so many times without being able to harvest the server crashed. This happened multiple times in one day.

How much do you need refunded: 20K but I will take what I can get
