Ban Reason: Leaving in an admin sit, breaking FearRP
Time of Occurrence: April 15th (about noon)
Relevant Evidence: I was inside of my friends house when he left the game and the property was no longer owned. I went outside and told them I could not unlock the doors and that my stuff was still inside. Whitewolf got me into the house and deleted the stuff as he should. Then he went back outside and re-entered with a gun at my head telling me to drop 5k with his buddy. I refused, and tried to explain to him that it really was not fair for him to exit and immediately come back and make me drop 5k. After I refused he stayed silent and I thought everything was over and therefore I left the server thinking nothing of it. When I attempted to rejoin later it displayed that I had gotten banned. I hope you and other staff members can reconsider my punishment. Thank you for your time and good night.

You disconnected in a role-play situation, enough said. I didn't 'delete' the drug stuff, I shot them which deleted them, I stated numerous times, drop the money (you had ~$14000 on you) and you failed to do so whilst under gunpoint, I said exactly: eight times to drop the money and you still failed to do so, you left the server after the eighth time. I was more than generous with you and gave you multiple chances, I banned the other player which did the same thing (except leaving as he had done this twice before). I never asked for you to unlock the doors anymore, I asked you dropped money. We forced our entry (your friend was banned for failing to open the door under gunpoint so I unlocked the one door with the context menu) I then proceeded to ask to drop the money.


Just to state, on the last time you said "Ok" then left the server. You didn't disconnect as you thought it was over, you had guns pointed to your head. You were then banned, I am willing to lower your sentence but not until I can come to a conclusion you're sorry for what you did as in this appeal, you seem to be lying... all the way through it. Your friend didn't leave, he was banned. I don't ban people for the wrong reason(s). 

After I refused he stayed silent and I thought everything was over and therefore I left the server thinking nothing of it.

You knew you would receive a punishment as I brought you to a roof and stated "I don't want to ban you as I've already banned one person for breaking the rules after continuous warnings, I'm going to put you down, you carry on with the role-play situation and do not break fearrp and you will not get banned". You then left...

@WhiteWolfI am deeply sorry for my actions and the inconvenience I have caused you and many others. I hope we can come to terms on lowering my ban sentence from 1 month. Thank you.

@Dragod You will be unbanned as I do believe you understand your faults, please do not do this again. I understand your frustration of being raided and it was a "newbie mistake" it was quite lengthy as you did leave and had exactly 8 warnings before I did ban you.
