My bank stuff is gone

Date and time of loss: I think it was when the server got rollback
What happened: So I went to my bank to get my makarov since I recently lost the one I had already and all 4 of my makarovs and a KABAR are gone no where in my bank
What do you need refunded: 4 Makarovs + 1 for my refund request earlier and +1 KABAR
