My First Warning was my First Ban

Ban Reason: I got banned for: Committing suicide for a gun, and picking up a gun after a cop Taser Billy( Full name can be found in next complaint) of mine because he asked for the cop to move away of his car. After the cop ignoring the comment my friend threatened him to stop or he will kill him. He Taser him I took the gun and try to run away from him. I believe the cop should have done what my friend asked to do otherwise we would have avoided the whole situation. This police officer was very aggressive and simple minded he did whatever he felt like. That's fail RP on the role of being a cop so I did what I could to keep the gun by failing RP back. The admin did not see the sides equally so he only banned me maybe because I didn't report him first. I find that absurd my first offense of a fail RP 2 day ban punishment. Also how the cops can abuse their power to do anything they want and get away with it. It really seems realistic for some cops to be complete assholes.

The police officer in this situation did what he thought was best at the time, he had every right to taser your friend as your friend had threatened his life, there is no fail RP in that situation. You however, picked up the weapon your friend dropped and ran into fire which is fail is failure to value your life (That being the main reason for the ban).

If however, the cop did listen to your friend he likely would've called for backup to detain your friend for threatening the life of an LEO, which most likely would've ended in a gun fight.

The cop was not abusing his powers as you state, he was merely just protecting his life and others around him due to the threatening nature of your friend (If anything the cop made a good choice to not use lethal force). And as Gurrazor stated, counter-breaking rules is not acceptable, you should've report the cop right when the situation was happening rather than continuing with the RP and then breaking a highly enforced rule (not that the cop did anything fail).

As it seems your ban timer is up there is nothing much else we can do from here, please don't do that again.
