My ksg decided not to be made

What happened: I crafted a ksg but somehow it good stuck on the conveyor belt

I can confirm that Crist didnt have a KSG in his inventory, the items to make it missing and its not in the storage box. the logs also show that no KSG was deposited and he needs it refunded.
