Hello, as this is my fault for conveying bad instructions I will start by saying sorry.

I told Aspect to inform you to make a refund request if that incident at bank was entrapment, however a player report/in game sit would need to be accepted/completed before a refund could be issued. Since the video in discord only included the discussion of the final sale price and not who initiated the idea of selling, as in if the detective came up and asked to buy guns or if you offered to sell them, a refund cannot be issued off of that video alone and would need a proper investigated report.

Again I apologize as you just filled out a form you were told too, not knowing you would have to fill out another.

This refund is denied until the completion of a player report and another is made.
