One; He did not perform Fear RP. The officer had a pistol, aimed at Nathaniel. He told him hands up before Nathaniel ran away.
Two; He has Failed RP, said "OOC, OOC, let me talk" or something similar. It's shown in the video.
Three; Rule 2.25, where you were not allowed to run after being tazed, that rule was broken as well.
The second video shows him RDMing me with a false claim of me calling in.
