What happened: So I had a bag with 3 small stacks and 1 large stack on me, i was not being chased and i wasnt being followed so i could have got to the drop off my evidence showed me in PD i was trying to drop the passenger in there and leave him there was no cops around and about 4 cops on at the time the stacks were already on the floor
What do you need refunded: My regular bag as i cant get the money.
