New player here - Properties app not working as intended?

Hey I've just joined the server and first of all I have to say it looks awesome. Unfortunately I'm having an issue with the properties app on the phone. When I click on it the list is blank and just keeps flashing a property on and off the screen. Anyone know how to fix it? See below.


Any help with this is much appreciated as I can't do a whole lot without the ability to purchase a property haha. Thanks guys!

You have to walk up to a rentable property to see it on the properties app.

Get close because you can't rent it if you are not closed to one. Ask an admin if further issues or to know what property are available.
List of common ones:

Central goods: city hall front

Fancy tramp: city hall front

Sunset Café: city hall front
