Unban Reason: I truly am sorry. I didn't know that this current was a real. I walked into PD and down to cells, when i got to cells there was a guy, Nick Bick, in the way so i asked him politely to move out the way, he didn't respond. Now, i watched the chief of police do the same thing to another prison guard earlier so i thought this was okay to do. So I proceeded to say "you have 5 seconds to move or im going to baton you" of course, he didnt move. I proceeded to baton him. he woke up then batoned me again. I woke up, baton him and bashed his head against the wall for killing my for no reason. I was also in the process of waiting for him to get back to tell him what had happen. He batoned me and he bashed my head in again. When i woke up i baton him the last time, and put a bullet in his brain. Then out of nowhere @SCOTTISH fucking appeared out of thin air and told me i was FailRPing and im was going to get banned. And i proceeded to argue with him, which, i really shouldnt have dumb mistake on me. I think ive learnt my lesson on this and will always ask staff now about AFK members. Thank you for reading this, and i am super sorry, it wont happen again nor will i think of it.

After reviewing your ban appeal and your account history, I have a couple of things to mention. For starters, as in the rules for creating an appeal you have to fill out all sections/questions that are provided which you didn't do (Steam ID) - you do not need to correct it. As shown in your account history this isn't your first offence on this rule area, and you have multiple offences, the way in which you violated these rules which led to your ban was not smart nor in any way a roleplay standard, we don't ask you to roleplay very seriously but at least roleplay.

Before I decide on your ban appeal, I have the following question, which I would like you to answer: If another player is not responsive and therefore afk but they are blocking your movement, what would be the most appropriate course of action in order to resolve this situation?

The answer to your question would be calling staff. I knew this and i also knew better not to just baton him. I am sorry.

Hey @RaageV2 ,

Regarding your ban appeal, after taking time to review the incident and even though despite its a multiple offences, since you have apologized for what you have done I will accept you appeal, read the server rules ( Link - Rules ) and make sure this doesn't happen again as if it does it will be leading to third offences+ which is not good at all.

Note: You will be unbanned when the server is online.
