Ban Reason: Mass VDM
Time of Occurrence: 10:15 PM (8/15/17)
Relevant Evidence: There was an event occurring at the time, so I decided to use me vehicle to disable the convoy of people in cars at first, but then they decided to start shooting at me. This is when I decided to use my car to try and disable the individuals since it clearly states in the rules that I can use my vehicle as a weapon if my life is in immediate danger.

1. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is not allowed without proper reasoning. For example, you may use your vehicle as a weapon if your life is in immediate danger.

After I did this the convoy shot up my car and killed me. Shortly after I was banned for a day for mass vdm without even being brought into a sit. The banning admin should of brought me into a sit instead of straight up banning me for mass vdm. What if a new player came onto the server and broke a rule that they were unaware of, are you just going to straight up ban them? I know rick was probably busy with the event, but there were a number of different staff on at the time that could have handled the situation.

Yes, things went into a firefight and you might have been hit, but that's no excuse to ram into people. As you stated yourself: "if your life is in immediate danger"
You got hit once, maybe twice to scare you off because you were aiming for us. Point is, the people who hit you did not try to kill you and your life certainly was not in immediate danger. Even after you missed us the first time and got away (your life is again, not at immediate danger) you turned around and hit us again killing 4 people.

VDMing like this doesn't get a second chance.
I thought the ban reason was pretty self-explanetory, even for a new guy.

I advise you to take a good look at the rules again before you come back, to avoid any further situations like this
