Yeah, I thought he was blacklisting me for a day not 5. I saw a day as reasonable for hitting and killing someone

I am almost positive that I was the person he hit. I was leaving a shootout and the whole pd at the time was dead respawned and broke new life rules and targeted our cars, thus creating another shootout and this dude comes out of nowhere and runs me over far in the ditch by suburbs prem box by the corner of the map, destroying the whole shootout rp situation. I think this is the guy as I made a report in game and rusty was the only admin online.
