Request Reason: User decided to join a raid, which was all fine, but once they died. They immediately returned to the raid location, gained back their equipment after closing the door, and then proceeded to engage again. Even though they were under NLR, and engaging us again led to a Counter Raid.

Hello @Deruta,

After careful review of this player report, I have conluded that the following rules were broken:

[2.2.3] You may not return to the area you died at for a timespan of 10 minutes (NLR).
[4.2.9] If you are killed during a raid or attack, you must abide by NLR and have no knowledge of the attack. You can not get called back as “backup” or “reinforcement”. Additionally, you can not raid the Police Department, Penitentiary or Sheriff's Department to retrieve your lost gear.
[4.2.11] Counter raids can only be performed on player owned buildings. You may not counter raid a government building or a player owned building which is currently being raided by police at the time. Law Enforcement is exempt from this entire rule.

Sadly, at the time of concluding this PR, the reported player does not have a forums account - 24 hours has already passed and I thefore will reach a verdict without their input. If the reported party (Waago) does not agree with this ruling, then they can make an appeal on the forums.

The reported player will be recieving a 1 Day Ban for Breaking NLR & Counter Raiding.
