When did the situation occur?: 6:30 pm 7:00 pm
Your evidence to support your claim: He made a report on me so i used some of his clips against him and i talked over them

While I can hear the discord disconnect at 0:08 and someone joining at 0:13. I don't see it being used for IC communications and as such is not against the rules. You can see it at 0:10 they whisper "Raid" "Raid".

While the door is closed, I can not see that it is locked, nor can I see anyone lock it in the video.

FTVL I don't see as valid here, he knows the lake could potentially be deadly, he spoke out to try and save his life by pleading to you. You killed him for disobeying your commands. Now, I can sort of see breaking FearRP by choosing to argue with you. I also see FailRP by trying to open a container while cuffed.

NLR was not broken:

17 minutes had passed since the raid till your next interaction, the police had left the property. Giving them valid reason to think that the situation was over.

Now with that, I wanna hear more from you guys before deciding on this. But so far: Metagaming - No. FTVL - No. Locking Door - Insufficient Evidence.

I do see: Breaking FearRP, FailRP (Opening a container while cuffed.) @tipmig Can you explain those two offenses?

i guess just coincidence that they were in a discord not talking to each other with mics in game and they all knew what to do without speaking

and i dont think him saying "you want me to kill my self no thank you" is pleading

First thing first, me trying to open his container was just a reflex if you can say it like that. I was not sure if I could open it or not. I had no intend to pick up the gun because that would be failrp because my hands were tied. also even if I took anything off him I would not be able to keep it because they would just make me drop it again.

I also don`t really see any fear rp in here because the ONLY 2 things I said that hole video was "can you please refrain from calling me that" and "you want me to kill myself? no thank you". I decided to tell him if he could please stop with the name calling and I got told to shut up, I did this because ic and ooc I don`t like to be called a "slut" also to the last thing, jumping in the water with you hands tied is not the smartest thing ever, also the water is filled with things that can kill you so I said I would rather not kill myself, he then decided to shoot me in the head before I could do anything else. If he had said that he would kill me if I did not then yeah sure I would have done it. I would rather take my chances in the water then getting my head blown off.

you shot me in the face??? how am I suposed to lock the door when Im dead on the floor?

I also did not use discord, one of the people from the group of people I was with was outside the hole time. I guess he locked the door when you guys ran in there. you can also see in the chat at 0:10 that we whisper raid. around 10-20 sec before the video started, the other guys got told bye one of their friend on the radio that you guys were lockpicking the door. I was not in the same radio freq as they were because I just met them. I did not even know half of their names at that time.

to the last thing. jumping into your death is not something you really want to do.... So I said that I would rather not kill myself, and after that you shot me in the head

also yelling, WE ARE GETTING RAIDED GUYS LOOK AT THE DOOR SHOOT HIM!!. is maybe not the smartest thing , when you try to be stealth, the only person with a gun was hiding behind the fridge so talking to him giving up his spot would be stupid

Not to butt in here, but what are they meant to do during an active raid, yell out they are being raided or silently assume positions which they did. You also assume the call he was in was related to Monolith. Only time me personally have been in a discord while playing have been with people that are not even playing the game, which wouldn't constitute as meta gaming.
