talked with foster when he came on and because it took so long for them to respond on the ticket, Dimitri Ruslan was already offline, foster wanted to give him 1 warning point because he havent broken any rules before but cant give warning points if a person is not online, so he told me to go to the forum.
also foster said something about him being allowed to just go into someones home and start shooting but in this case dimitri had no reason to shot me, i didnt pose to him as a threat.
When did the situation occur?: about 4 hours ago when i made !report about him but it took admins 1 maybe even 2 to respond on the ticket because there were only 1 mod on and about 40-50 players.

RDM: You may have heard on the video that I told you to put your hands up. From my perspective, it showed your character moving back towards the stairs. It seemed as if you were going to make a move for cover and then draw a gun. Regardless you still called 911 which is snitching, therefore giving me a reason to kill you.

NLR: I never died until later during that robbery. I never came back to that house after the death.

Either way, I'm not going to be on for a while. It's up to staff to decide what happens.

the only way you know that i called the cops(me personale) was because you see it in the video, it was 3 of us in the house so any of us could have called the police so does that mean you would just go in the house and start shooting everyone you see, no matter if they armed or not?

also i believe that you should have gave me more time to respond, because you just sprinted thru that door and mumbled something. i went thru the video and volume it all the way up and i can hear you saying something and the only word i understand is "UP", then i watched 3 more times and i think i heard "stick them up"(had to volume up youtube sound and headsets by allot), its not my fault that you on purpose had your volume mic turned down all the way so other people could barely hear you, also pretty sure you have to give someone little more time to react because in a video you can see, when you stopped talking, it hasnt passed even 3 seconds before you shot me.

but like you said, lets leave this to staff to decide what to do.
