Roughly a half hour prior to this, there was a vdming taxi. I was also a taxi driver (not the vdmer). Officernoodles I suppose just saw a taxi driver, came up to me and said "hey bud you ran over that guy back there, be more careful next time" (I can provide a recording of this). I told him several times it wasn't me, but he flew away.
Then, roughly 15 minutes after that, I was lagging and crashed into a car at a high speed. Officernoodles was right next to it, along with a bunch of people (I didn't damage anybody). He took me to a roof and told me he'd blacklist me from driving for 12 hours because this is the second time he's spoken to me about recklessly driving. (can provide recording). I said, again, several times that the first time wasn't me, but a different taxi driver, and he did not respond to any of this. Then, I said in ooc "wow I get a 12 hour blacklist for one crash nice" (can provide recording/screenshot for this), and he and some other admins say "don't take this to ooc" and "you've done it twice already", and other things along those lines. I PM officernoodles saying, again, that the first time wasn't me, that he mistook me for somebody else.
Now, a little bit later, I get put in handcuffs by someone for no reason, and then moments later run over by a cop for no reason. I submit a report saying this (as you can see in the video), and shortly afterwards officernoodles claims it, unclaims it, and closes it immediately. You can see the timing clearly in the video, it was one second apart from him taking it to closing it. Obviously, he closed it without caring about what it said. I re-opened it, he closes it again. I re-open it for a third time.
Around 10-15 minutes go by, I PM him, multiple other admins and even a founder (which you can see in the video) asking what the deal is and if they can help me, and nobody responds to me. I make sure not to spam either PM, OOC, or the reports.
Finally, I get fed up with it, and file another report. This time, (as you can see in the video), a staff member comes up to me and says "Sorry, this report will be closed for community manager reasons. These reasons are classified."
Now, I can understand a little bit why it would be closed for "community manager reasons". Maybe they've had enough of me, maybe they know they're in the wrong, I don't know, but it makes a little bit of sense.
But, then they say "these reasons are classified".
It is a gmod server. Using terminology like "classified" makes it obvious that these reasons are likely not legitimate.
Look, I'm not an idiot, I could have acted differently. I just do not understand why officernoodles would open/close a legitimate report without caring about it or providing any reason for it. It is now pretty obvious to me how the management team runs this server, but I cannot understand why a completely legitimate report would be shunned like this.
If anything, help me understand.
