Request Reason: So somebody called out on the radio to tow a white caddy off the bridge to mechanic. I get stuck at the following hill. These 2 officers then try to mug me. I get back in to retry getting the car unstuck, and then a civilian (unsure if detective) opens fire on me as well as FAPGOD. Unsure if CMDR fired upon me, however he watched it all go down and just let it happen.

As shown in the video, the officer (STEAM_0:1:507339894), is shown abusing their power, shooting your vehicle when you are attempting to do your job. As a result, they are in violation of many government rules. I will notify the appropriate people of this situation and they will then have a harder time in the future getting any sort of high position in the PD. They will also receive a 1 Week PD Blacklist. As for STEAM_0:1:198416366, I have checked logs, and I could not find any of their relation to this situation, so I cannot hand out any punishment to them.
