Blacklist Reason: "spamming and sexual misconduct"

Relevant Evidence: none i guess unless you want a video of me perfoming me saying CAKE once then getting a warn for saying EKAC.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @FunkMasterFlex @Reynoldscrew
Reason: i said cake once. then there was a warning for saying cake. then like 10 minutes later i said EKAC and he told me not to be a "smart arse". about 30 minutes or so later i asked a sexual question and he blacklisted me for said reasons above.

I had made an announcement that if it was said that there would be a warning, you trying to evade that resulted in the warning,. you should know that sexual references aren't allowed in OOC so the blacklist was given. any higher ups got a say on this?

eh i get it but it wasn't malicious. everyone in the discord i was in was cracking up about what was said so i said in in ooc. shouldnt have and i was rightfully punished for it. kinda wanna still use ooc though

I've already banned one of you for assisting in blowing up OOC with this crap. It's only funny to you. For the rest of the server it is disruptive, annoying, and abusive of the sole purpose of the OOC cooldown. Time and time again, someone from your crew will receive a warning in OOC in lieu of a kick/ban and someone ALWAYS attempts to push the envelope. This is a prime example of what happens when you have no respect and are punished when you try to push back against vital server rules.

My official recommendation is a minimum of a 1 week ban from OOC, with a review on your group's conduct at the end of the week to determine whether you and your friends have decided to show more respect to your fellow players and staff members.

I have decided to accept the appeal on the term that is is shortened from permanent to a 1 week blacklist, you are lucky that you did not receive a ban for sexual references in OOC (which I'm sure you're well aware of!) I will ask that you create another appeal after the week is over so @Aaron can review it as I will be away from the server when the week is up.
