PS: On my end I am aware I could have done something more like calling quicker for backup on the radio so we could start a car pursuit but at that time I was waiting for an admin to deal with a bug me and my friend found. In the end the server crashed so I couldn't file a report in-game hence why I'm making one on the forum

I think that you can clearly see in the video that the guy broke failrp and fearRP by just ignoring the fact that he has an AR in his face and that he just drives off with his friend.
