Must have most skills leveled
Must be able to make your own income, preferably from coke.
Must be able to give effective comms in situations.
Premium is not required but is very much recommended.
Rules:
Always help fellow members no matter the situation, no questions asked.
Never raid/mug fellow members/allies.
Don't be toxic even if we win, always be humble. EX. Trash talking bodies, talking trash at hospital after situations.
Don't be obnoxious on radio, you have to let people make call outs during situations.
