Relevant Evidence: my little brother had gotten on my pc after I had went to the store without my knowledge and apparently started killing everyone in spawn. this isn't the first time this has happened. he has done this on another server I played on before I started playing on monolith. I would like to be unbanned or reduced ban if possible

Your account is your responsibility. "My little brother had gotten on my pc" is not a good excuse.

On top of that I had a few people telling me that you were planning on going on a mass RDM spree as you were leaving monolith.

I'll consider lowering your ban to a year.

@WhiteBlood I understand it was my responsibility I should have disconnected instead of just leaving it up. ive put a lot of hours on the server and I wouldn't waste it my mass rdming. is there anyway I can get anything lower than 1 year like a month or something. please?
