I loaded up into the game then I went to the dealership to try and withdrawal cash so I could buy a new car but it would not let me withdrawal cash and I was not in combat so I am confused why it would not let me withdrawal. So I had a little bit of money on me to rent an apartment so I could start making stuff but I got robbed, then got shot when my hands were up in the air so I respun in the hospital and my hands were glitched I could not put them down. I then disconnected hoping the glitch would be fixed but when I loaded back in I was perma Band and here is the band code #570195560565
