I believe as stated in-game I chalked it up to human reaction. @Dez had yet to pull his gun out till the last second while @PhaseBootz had since been already approaching him with his taser out. While technically a rule break as the individual @Dez did have his gun out and shooting I felt inclined not to punish @PhaseBootz. Reason as such was the small time frame between the pulling out of the gun and shooting and phase tazing him. If @Broken wants to green light a refund because of this I feel like it’d be justified.

@Dez did you lose the MP7 you had? I don't see in the logs that it was confiscated.

edit: It looks like it was confiscated yet doesn't show in logs for some reason, but @Dez got it back from the evidence locker later. So doesn't look like there's a refund needed.
