Why should the point(s) be removed:
I was in a car with my friend (It was a skyline with blacked out windows), and we were both equipped, on our way to go counter a base raid. I had to go AFK before we got there, so, I dont know what happened beyond that, however Tyler Vercetti (@Tyler Park) was with me in the car. I went AFK, and came back to be in a sit with the staff member. He told me I was in PD with a gun on my back, and he asked why I was cop baiting. Now, i found this odd, i knew I had a gun on my back, but I knew I wasn't in the PD, I was in a car. I then PMed Tyler about this and he responded saying how he went on cop, and he didn't see a gun on my back, so, to make sure I wasn't VDMed, he handcuffed me and moved me into the PD lobby (The staff member also mentioned that I was cuffed about 10 minutes before being brought to the sit) I then discussed my side and Tyler's side (from what they told me) with the staff member. After a few minutes, the staff member decided to give me a warning point for cop bait, stating "Even though it wasn't fully your fault, you still indirectly did it" (Or something similar, there will be a video and further evidence down below) The staff member also claimed that I equipped Kevlar in the PD lobby, however, I did not, as I was AFK for 16 minutes (Shown in video one).
