Picture Glitch

It seems as if I cannot put pictures in posts or in my signature is anyone else getting the same issue?

Using the picture inserter doesn’t work. Make sure you use the “Attach files” button if it’s a file saved, if it’s a gyazo link or light shot link, just paste the link.
