Pink glow on glass/buildings

A description of your technical issue: Almost every glass/building structure has a pinkish glow on it. I have CS:S Installed, All addons installed. Tried restarting, Still no fix.

Has it happened before?: No.

Extraneous details/description: None.

Have you checked “solved” for your issue?: Yes, Went through 3 pages, Nothing about it.

The exact type of errors im seeing, exactly the same missing textures, what is going on

From what I heard, the reason this is happening is because of the server, not you. Some guy told me they accidentally broke something in the game to cause these pink textures. Trying to configure the files or re-installing the game won't fix anything, we just have to wait until the technical workers troubleshoot it and fix the errors.

Update: The problem still exists and is not fixed.
