- Added taco bell stock NPC on Southside
- Added wheel of luck machines and roulette tables on Southside
- Added miscellaneous missing objects around the map on Southside
- Fixed unintended behavior with the MonoMarket
- Fixed variant hats displaying when inside a vehicle
- Fixed dHeist entities randomly breaking when confused what gamemode its running. ( This fixes the partner issues reported. )
