List of changes
- Added damaged rifle receiver ( This is a cheaper rifle receiver that apply's to all rifles below level 40. )
- All rifles above level 40 in crafting have received a reduction in production cost.
- Updated profanity filter in OOC ( Thanks @Thy )
- More crash/bug fixes
