Date and time of loss: I don't know what time, but it was 11/5/17.
What happened: It may have been Saturday, but I just noticed that I'm now level 22 instead of level 89 that I was. I don't know why but I was going to go buy items that required level 65 and I was unable to. I had enough money on me.

How much do you need refunded: Level 89.

I do not see your player level in any of those screenshots, only your skill levels. If you want your player level refunded you have to provide evidence that you used to be lvl 89.

Is there nothing you can do with evidence that my skills equate to 164 and I'm level 25?
