Request Reason:

It started when he was a taxi driver and I arrested him for reckless driving
after that he started following me ingame sending me messages on imessage (i have no proof of those since I didn't save)

but after a while he became the truck delivery job, he saw me and started harassing me again and roleplaying spanking (/me spank that ass)
Alphadef was with me at that time and saw him do it so he asked him to stop and been warned about harassing me.

Few minutes later he gets into his truck and starts ramming our vehicles when we are trying to escort someone to jail.
We ignored him and chased the guy who stole the police car.
Yet again he is seen ramming our vehicles when he wasn't being chased by anyone.

at the end after requesting a staff sit he lied about randomly ramming us saying he was escaping from cops.

The video attached will show him ramming our vehicles when none was chasing him.

While I didn't witness everything that happened, I can confirm that I did in fact witness the reported player doing the "/me slaps that ass" (Or something very similar). At the moment, I decided to give a warning point as a punishment for ERP (as well as for insulting me in ooc chat for saying he couldn't erp), but upon looking back at the situation I would like to request the punishment be changed to a temporary ban for sexual harassment, even if no other part of this report goes through.

Additionally, I can vouch that I did see the player above doing some amount of faildriving and failRP before the above video, and as such would consider that there may be a potential case for NITRP.

Both of the above incidents are already within his notes, but I can provide my perspective of these events if needed.

After reviewing the evidence the rule breaks are clear. This player was copbaiting, lying in a sit, faildriving, and player targeting. I have not much else to say here since your video shows it all.

This report meets our criteria and the reported player will recieve a one week ban for Player Targeting, Copbaiting, FailRP, NITRP, Fail Driving, and Lying in a Sit.
